Going into autumn with healthy skin
Updated 4 August 2026
Through the summer your skin sits exposed to ultraviolet light and everything else the warm air brings. Even if autumn arrives with a little nostalgia for the long days, it is the right moment to repair what the sun has done. The reason is simple: treatments that temporarily weaken the skin barrier are safer when they aren’t immediately followed by strong sun.
Start with exfoliation
The first step is clearing the layer of dead cells that has built up over the summer. Microdermabrasion does exactly that, and at the same time makes hydration and nourishment possible — because a cream applied over dead cells goes nowhere. It also encourages cell renewal by prompting new collagen.
Then hydrate properly
After a hot summer, skin has lost a lot of water. This is where intensive treatments come in: concentrated serums and emulsions with vitamins and antioxidants that counteract the damage.
The trouble with ordinary products is how little of them reaches anywhere useful. Of a cream applied at home, only around 5% of the active ingredients actually penetrate. The rest sits on the surface.
What virtual mesotherapy is
It combines two therapies in a single session:
- Electroporation briefly opens the pores using controlled electrical pulses, greatly increasing the permeability of the epidermis. It is non-invasive and reversible — the cell membrane returns to normal once the treatment stops.
- Electrophoresis then pushes the active ingredients into the deeper layers.
Together they deliver active ingredients far deeper than any cream can manage on its own.
An autumn plan, briefly
Exfoliate, then hydrate intensively, then protect daily with SPF — because September sun still counts. If you’d like a plan built around your skin, the consultation is free.
