The most common worry we hear on the phone is “I don’t know what to ask for.” You don’t have to. Come in, talk to us for twenty minutes, and leave with a written plan — or just with answers, if that’s all you wanted.
Five steps, from the phone call to going home
A call to 0771 048 772 or a message on Instagram. Tell us briefly what’s bothering you — no technical vocabulary needed. We’ll offer you a time for a consultation, which is free.
Twenty minutes in a treatment room, not at reception. We look at your skin or the area you’re concerned about, ask about previous treatments, medication, allergies and how much time you can realistically give it. Only then do we talk about machines.
You leave with a plan on paper: which treatment, how many sessions, how far apart, what it costs in total. If the budget doesn’t work, we adjust it together. If you’re not ready to start, the plan still stands.
The first session is usually gentler than the ones that follow — we set the machine to how your skin actually responds. We tell you what you’re about to feel before you feel it, at every step.
You go home with specifics: what to avoid for 48 hours, which product to use, when to come back. Results are built between sessions as much as during them.

The consultation is free and commits you to nothing. Plenty of our clients come in the first time just to ask.
